Senior Officials at Dymon Self Storage Corporation today announced the September 2008 opening of their newest Ottawa locations at South Keys and in Orleans (on Innes Road beside Real Canadian Superstore).  On the heels of another record breaking lease-up at their Prince of Wales/Hunt Club location, Dymon now has 4 facilities in Ottawa representing in excess of 500,000 sq. ft.  Leasing at Dymon’s new locations is underway at an unprecedented pace.

 

Dymon Self Storage has secured exceptional locations across the City of Ottawa at very visible, high traffic, big box retail nodes, and has plans to build 11 facilities in Ottawa and 4 in Gatineau (representing over 2 Million sq. ft. of its industry leading self storage facilities).  Construction is currently underway at four (4) locations, including Kanata Centrum (142,000 sq. ft.), Walkley/Heron (155,000), Carling at the Queensway (235,000 sq. ft.), and Bell’s Corners (65,000 sq. ft.).  Dymon’s other strategic locations across the City have been secured and are going through various stages of planning and zoning.

The Company also announced today its plans to build approximately sixty (60) Dymon Self Storage facilities in and around the Greater Toronto Area (from Oshawa/Whitby in the east to Mississauga/Oakville in the west, Newmarket in the north and Hamilton to the south).  Sites are now being secured by the company in the GTA.
